and Midnight Express (Hereinafter referred to as 'The Company')
accept holiday bookings on the following terms and conditions.
All bookings must be made in writing and accompanied by the
appropriate deposits. The contract is binding on the Company
only when it issues a written confirmation. The
total cost of the holiday must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure,
or at the time of booking if within 8 weeks. Failure by the
client to pay by the due date gives the Company the right
to treat the booking as cancelled by the client and levy the
appropriate cancellation charges.
AMENDMENTS: Any client
for whom reservations have been confirmed, who thereafter
wishes to make amendments to the booking will be required
to pay an amendment fee of £20.00, plus any further
amount demanded by an outside supplier. Any change, other
than a passenger name, made within 8 weeks of departure will
be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will
apply.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations
must be in writing and sent by recorded delivery. Cancellations
at any time after booking will entitle the Company to retain
all deposits paid by the client. Cancellations within 8 weeks
of departure will incur the following charges in addition
to the loss of deposits paid:-
within 54 to 29 days 60%
within 29 days 100% |
