Building work and the resulting noise from
the site may occur at any time during the season. Obviously
this is beyond the control of the Company. Unfortunately we
do not receive and advanced notice of when work will begin as
it is carried out by third parties whom we have no control.
Whilst we assure you of our best endeavours to minimise the
inconvenience, we regret we cannot pay any compensation or otherwise
accept liability in this case. ELECTRICAL
APPLIANCES: Many of the owners have installed dishwashers,
washing machines, televisions and satellite equipment and
other electrical appliances into their properties to add to
your holiday enjoyment. However, the Company will not be responsible
for the malfunction of these items in case of breakdown. As
with all electrical appliances they do occasionally fail and
in most cases a specialist engineer has to be called. This
may take up to 7 days before a visit can be arranged. The
Company cannot be held responsible under any circumstances
for the failure of appliances. Our terms of conditions also
applies where it is considered by our managing agents or the
villa owners that an appliance has been broken by undue care
or attention by the clients that the cost of such a repair
will be charged accordingly.
LOCAL SERVICES: We cannot be held responsible
for failure in local services. Remember that the nature of
the climate means that occasionally there may be water shortages.
Please do not flush paper towels, sanitary towels or similar
items down the toilets as they can easily block and the client
will have to bear the charge of unblocking. The Company will
not be responsible for the failure of local services. |
