| Only the persons named on the booking form
shall be permitted to occupy the accommodation, in no circumstances
may the maximum number of persons stated in the villa description
be exceeded without prior permission from the Company. Any extra
persons on arrival will be refused entry or will be charged
for (at agents discretion) before entry is permitted.
If you encounter any problems in resort you
must inform local management or the owner of the property
and these will be rectified. Many problems can be resolved
in resort - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR MOST OF THESE PROBLEMS TO
BE RESOLVED AFTER YOUR RETURN TO THE UK. Any problems that
are not reported in resort that could have been resolved will
not be dealt with on your return to the UK. The Company will
not pay any compensation under these circumstances.
Complaints must be in writing within 28 days
of return. Any complaint outside this will not be investigated.
Please leave the property in the condition it
was in on your arrival. Obviously the property will be thoroughly
cleaned on your departure for the next clients. If at any
time the management company feel that excessive cleaning is
required in the property then this will be charged accordingly.
No servant or agent of the Company can vary
the conditions of the Company and any such purported variation
shall be of no effect unless it has been signed by a director
of the Company. |
