This complex of about 60 modern style duplex apartments
is located in a quiet but exceptionally conveniently
area of Puerto del Carmen overlooking the famous Fariones
beach. A minutes walk brings you to the beach and bustling
avenida with its tremendous variety of shops and restaurants.
Built in stepped rows on the hillside to maximise the
ocean views, these spacious apartments are all comfortably
furnished and feature an indoor garden in the lower
level with a mirrored wall reaching up the stairs to
the upper, living level. All apartments have Satellite
TV (limited channels) so you can keep up to with all
the latest news and films during your stay.
There is also a swimming pool with a sunbathing terrace
and children's splash pool. Each 2 storey apartment
can comfortably sleep 5 people and comprises: Upper
level: modern lounge opening onto a spacious sun terrace;
fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge,
kettle, toaster and iron and dining area; open plan
staircase leading to: Lower level: 1 double bedroom;
1 twin bedroom; each with an en-suite bathroom and separated
by a indoor garden.
The internal layout of the apartments includes an open
staircase and therefore is not ideally suited for young
children or clients with walking difficulties
