Situated in the Macher area, with panoramic views
of the mountains, coastline and Fuerteventura, this
luxury villa provides beautifully appointed accommodation
for a relaxing holiday, and is ideal for families or
groups. The property is surrounded by large gardens,
and there are spacious terraces, both open and covered
around the villa and large pool. As the villa is approximately
3.5kms. from the resort and beach of Puerto del Carmen
and 1.5kms. from the nearest shops we would suggest
hiring a car. The accommodation is on 2 floors, sleeps
up to 12 people and comprises: First floor: very spacious,
elegantly furnished lounge with Satellite TV (no card)
and video; dining room with seating for 10 people; well
equipped fitted wooden kitchen with gas hob, eye level
electric oven, large fridge/freezer,microwave and dishwasher;
1 double and 2 twin well appointed bedrooms all with
en suite bathrooms; cloakroom and small sitting room
with access from the pool area.
Ground floor: comfortable lounge with 2 upholstered
bed settees; small fitness centre and equipment; 2 twin
bedrooms one with en suite bathroom; a further bathroom;
laundry room with washing machine. The large swimming
pool has Roman style steps leading down and is acclimatised
during the Winter months only. Sunbeds and patio furniture
are provided for relaxing and enjoying the views over
the surrounding countryside and there is also a built
in barbecue.
Maid service is provided twice weekly.
