This newly built modern style detached villa is perfectly
located in the very popular Los Mojones area of Puerto
del Carmen with the main avenida and beach or the atmospheric

The villa has its own 4m x 2.5m swimming pool surrounded
by open and covered sunbathing terraces and its own
portable BBQ.
The two storey accommodation sleeps up to 4 and comprises:
Ground floor: lounge/diner with comfortable leather
sofas, Digital TV, video player and CD player, patio
doors open on to the terrace and pool; well equipped
modern kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer,
microwave, kettle, toaster; hallway leading to twin
bedroom and family bathroom; utility room with washing
machine; First floor: marble staircase leading to double
bedroom with wooden floor and balcony with views towards
the sea; large shower room.
Maid service twice weekly.
