| This three-bedroom house is situated in a well sought
out area of Nerja. The main house consists of three
levels with the lounge/dining area with a three-piece
suite, dining table and chairs and cable TV. The fully
fitted, well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge
freezer and washing machine and a wc is on the first
level. Two bedrooms are situated on the second level,
one with a double bed and the other has twin beds, and

entrance there is a one bed roomed self-contained apartment
situated underneath the house consisting of one bedroom
with twin beds, lounge with an American style, fully
equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is a small
terrace that leads from the main lounge that has a table
and chairs ideal for eating al fresco.
From this terrace there a few steps down to another
small terrace also with table and chairs and a small
planted garden. And another entrance to the self contained
apartment. This small, quiet, well-kept urbanisation
has a communal swimming pool surrounded by gardens and
is situated within walking distance to Nerjas many beaches,
shops, restaurants and the famous Balcon de Europa.
