| This two bed roomed apartment is situated in a small,
quiet exclusive complex in the heart of Nerja close
to the Hotel Parador. It is furnished to a high standard
with central heating in lounge and bedrooms. The apartment
consists of a large lounge with cable T.V and dining
area. From the lounge you walk through patio doors on
to a large terrace that has a small table and chairs,
swimming pool view and sun in the afternoon. There is
the main master bedroom with double bed and full en-suite
bathroom that has bath with overhead shower, bidet wash
hand basin and w.c. The second bedroom has twin beds
and plenty of wardrobe space.
There is a second smaller bathroom consisting of shower,
bidet, wash hand basin and w.c. There is a large fully
equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, large fridge
freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. From the
lounge there are steps that lead up to a beautiful roof
terrace that has sun beds and patio furniture. The communal
swimming pool is set within the beautiful gardens where
there is peace and tranquillity through out the day.
It is only a two-minute walk to the nearest beach and
only a short stroll to all of Nerjas bars and restaurants. |
