| This is a well-furnished villa situated close to
the centre of Nerja. On the lower level there is a large
lounge with two sofas, one opening to be a double bed,
a living flame cast iron fire place ideal for winter
holidays and dining area that sits up to six people.
A Large fully fitted electric kitchen with washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, and a full
bathroom consisting of sunken bath with overhead shower,
wash hand basin and w.c. On the upper level there are
two good size bedrooms, one double, one twin and are
comfortably furnished with wardrobes and bed side tables.
There is another fully tiled bathroom that has a bath
with overhead shower, wash hand basin, bidet and w.c.
Outside there is a small terrace with a table and chairs
ideal for eating al fresco and a splash pool with built
in Jacuzzi. This villa is in a quiet part of town, it
has parking outside and is only a short stroll to one
of Nerja’s many beaches, bars, restaurants and
shops. |
