| This pleasant one bedroom apartment is on the third
floor of Edificio Granada in the heart of Nerja. The
terrace receives the sun until approximately 4pm and
has a view of the communal swimming pool. It is only
a very short stroll to Nerja's many bars, restaurants,
shops and coeval beaches and a hire car is only necessary
for those who want to explore all the many sights Andalucia
has to offer.
The front door leads straight into a newly-furnished
lounge with a sofa bed and dining area and patio doors
leading onto the small terrace. The bedroom has a double
bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The small kitchen
has a hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The bathroom
has a small bath with overhead shower, hand basin and
