| La Noria is a comfortable town house situated on
a quiet urbanization approximately 3 km from Nerja's
centre - a five minutes drive to the town's many bars,
restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. The urbanisation
has a large communal swimming pool, tennis court (racquets
not provided) and bar and restaurant. This house is
ideal for couples or small families who would like a
relaxing holiday away from the bustle of the town.
From the lounge, through patio doors there is a terrace
with large built in B.B.Q. ideal for eating alfresco
with beautiful sea and mountain views. There is a good
size, comfortably furnished lounge/dining area with
radio/cassette. Through an archway from the living room
is a fully fitted all-electric kitchen with oven/hob
and fridge. The fully fitted bathroom consists of a
bath with overhead shower, hand basin and w.c. The washing
machine is also situated here. The town house has two
pleasant twin bedrooms. |
