| This comfortably furnished apartment is situated
in a quiet part of the town close to the hotel Perla
Marina - only 100 metres walk to one of Nerja's many
beaches and a short stroll to the famous "Balcon
de Europa", restaurants, bars and shops.
The terrace has a small table and chairs and a sea
view. These apartments do not have their own swimming
pool but residents are able to use the swimming pool
of the Hotel Perla Marina next door. There is a fully
equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer and
washing machine. There are two good size bedrooms -
one double and one twin - both with plenty of wardrobe
space. The terrace - accessed from the lounge - has
a small table and chairs and a sea view. The lounge
is well furnished and has a small dining area, T.V.
and video and patio doors leading onto a small terrace. |
