| Aguamarina is situated in the Parador area of Nerja.
It is a quiet residential complex with only 12 apartments
and private parking and is located within walking distance
of the beach and town centre.
From the lounge there are patio doors that lead onto
the terrace that has sea and swimming pool view and
receives to sun for most of the day. The kitchen has
a gas oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer with
automatic built in icemaker, kettle and toaster. The
lounge dining area has a three-piece suite, Spanish
TV video and hi-fi system. There are three bedrooms
- one with a double bed, the second with a double futon
and the third with single beds. All the bedrooms have
ample wardrobe space. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath
with overhead shower and a hand basin and there is a
separate w.c. and basin next door. |
