| This spacious three bedroom house is situated on
a small urbanization approximately 2 km from Nerja town
centre. The town can be reached by a pleasant walk along
the beach and there is also a regular bus service.
On the urbanization there two communal swimming pools
- one large pool and a children's pool, together with
a pool-side bar and restaurant. The downstairs terrace
has a table and chairs and a portable B.B.Q and views
of the sea. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with
hob and oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and washing
machine. Upstairs there are three bright bedrooms one
with a double bed and two with twin beds. Two of the
bedrooms also lead out onto an upstairs terrace also
with sea view. There is a large lounge and dining area
with patio doors which lead onto the terrace. |
