This apartment has three bedrooms and is furnished to a high standard situated in a small, quiet and exclusive complex in the heart of Nerja.

The communal swimming pool is set within beautiful gardens offering peace and tranquility throughout the day. There is a small balcony that receives the sun through out the day with a superb sea and swimming pool view. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with electric oven and hob, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one with twin beds - all with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There is a large lounge with dining area for up to six people. The bathroom is fully tiled and has bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. (The owner does not accept children under 6 years old or pets.)
