| Ideally situated at the base of the Andalucian mountains next to Fuengirola, this villa is set in the private and exclusive urbanisation of Campo Mijas. Its location not only benefits from panoramic views, but fresh mountains and sea air.
The villa is very spacious with 5 large bedrooms, 4 with ensuite, all on the same floor. A large fully equipped kitchen has all the mod cons to ease your self-catering stay. The lounge has a TV/video and its balcony offers panoramic views to the south of Fuengirola. The pool area has its own dedicated shower, toilet, Spanish style BBQ, chairs, tables, loungers and umbrellas should you need shade in this very sunny area. The front garden is tiled, Andalucian style, and offers views and natural shade for another BBQ!
Some of the floors in the villa are marble so we respectfully ask that shoes or trainers are never worn in the villa. Also to maintain the quiet mountain serenity and peace within the community, noise levels must be kept low.
A housekeeper resides in a self-contained part of the villa that is totally unused by our guests. He will be 'invisible' to you and will only enter the villa with your permission. (Unless there is essential maintenance to be done). He is there exclusively to maintain the villa. Also the villa will only be cleaned by him after your stay to ensure your complete privacy. Clean towels and bed linen will be provided every 4 days.
The housekeeper is very knowledgeable of the area and its do's and don'ts. He is very honest, friendly and trustworthy but firm! He also has an 8 seater minibud and can collect you from Malaga airport for about half the cost of the local taxis. He can give lifts to most places for a fee. He can also get in basic groceries for your arrival if required. All financial considerations with the above are to be settled with the housekeeper on the day.
The villa is available for occupancy from 14:00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 hrs on the day of departure. This is due to the turn around of the villa. A 10% deposit is required to book your stay. Please remember to obtain form E111 (from Post Offices) for medical cover abroad.
