Smart CardTerms and Conditions

 

 

  1. All Weekly Tickets and Top Up Credit purchased with your MP Travel Smartcard are non-refundable and must be used for the dates booked.

  2. Lost or stolen Smartcards are protected against loss or theft. Please email info@mptravel.org and inform the company of the lost or stolen Smartcard.

  3. MP Travel can transfer any products and/or balance remaining to a new smart card which can be posted to the customer. Costs may be incurred.

  4. It is the passengers responsibility to ensure they have their smart card on boarding the vehicle.
